For properties in Wales, when the Renting Homes (Fees etc) (Wales) Bill (‘theBill’) is enacted and takes effect, lettings agents will be required to publish their permitted payments on their website.
Tenancy Info is mandatory unless: you are advertising commercial property for let, social housing for let or properties to let in Northern Ireland or Scotland. If you let properties in Scotland you are required to publish your Registration Number on Rightmove in the property description on each letting property listing.
