It is important as a Landlord and Tenant that you are confident that the money we deal with is dealt with correctly in line with government legislation. To prove we adhere to all the regulations below is a copy of our Client Money Protect certificate that is renewed yearly after we provide them with all our banking transactions for our letting accounts. Once they are satisfied all is in order then and only then do they issue us with the certificate.
